Who we are

What we collect and why
- Contact form. Name, work email, company, team size, budget band, timeline and the message you write. We use it to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Email and WhatsApp. If you write to us directly, we process your contact details and your messages to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time on the cookie policy page.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data (IP address, browser, time of request) to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us

- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics, only with your consent

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Data related to a contract is kept for as long as the contract runs, then for the period required by accounting and tax law. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@1node.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the Czech Republic the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz), or the authority where you live, for example the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy.
